Message I never needed extra cooling when I attended open track days (non-competitive), doubt the radiator is necesarry, unless 90's were smaller.

I recommend the suspension stuff waggz just said, I have done those and love the way the car is rooted to the ground, next up I plan to get the UD pulley, lightened flywheel, and lightened driveshaft, just for extra fun factors. Maybe a short shifter would be good for you (my synchros suck ass, so it is a waste for me). Oh, dont forget the JWT pop and some sort of better flowing exhaust. AND the master cylinder brace to compliment those brake upgrades, I hear it is a very worthwhile quicky.

Hope you got some cash piled up somewhere, lol.
enjoy your weekend.
